Fae's Bottle

This is a piece I made for March Spring Break Contest.

When most people think of Spring break they think of the beach, swimming, and partying. For me, Spring time is the time that I love to take long walks in the woods. I have always loved the woods since I was little where I would sneak into the forest near my grandmother's house and look for lady slippers, cicada shells, salamanders, and pretend I was searching for or being watched by fairies. It's always a magical time when the leaves just start growing back and the forest is green once again. I took the colors of spring flowers and my love of magical woodland walks and combined it to make this piece that I feel, best represents what I love best about springtime and how I enjoy spending my spring days.
